I’ll put your interests and long-term goals first, with a level-headed, strategic, and compassionate approach.
You’ll get your weekends back as you’ll only be inspecting shortlisted homes as I’ll be doing the bulk of the legwork midweek. I will provide exclusive access to pre-market and off-market homes, to open more doors or give us a head start over the competition. But even if a property is listed online, my intel and market insights can give us a huge advantage—whether we’re securing it before auction or winning on auction day.
Once the right home is in our sights, I’ll provide evidence to make an informed decision and manage the due diligence process. When the timing is just right, we’ll start the negotiations &/or submit the offer, this part is definitely an art-form.
My service continues after you’ve exchanged on a property, from liaising with your broker and solicitors and deciphering all the legal/financial jargon, until the keys are yours on settlement day.
